PELHAM SITE​

  • Upon Arrival (Bands): Once you arrive at the second entrance (see attached map) you will be greeted by our parking team. They will be responsible for parking your buses and equipment trucks. Please visit the Registration Tent to get your packet that will include a schedule, maps, and arm bands for students, chaperones, and staff. Our parents will explain what the different color arm bands symbolize. We will also have a student guide that will assist you in getting to warm-up, to the performance field, and back to your buses/trucks. The parking team is a professional company that is familiar with our campus, so please follow their instructions. 

  • Hospitality: There will be a hospitality area for Director's only. It will be located in our new Football Field House and will simply be a place for you to go to get away and sit indoors. Drinks and light snacks will be provided. 

  • Press Box: Directors, Staff Members, or Parents are NOT allowed in the Press Box area. 

  • Stadium Seating: There is no designated seating areas for specific bands. However, we ask that you sit outside of the 40 yard lines so that the center section of the stadium can be utilized by paying spectators. 

  • Instrument Repair: Art's Music and Gadsden Music will serve as the official music stores for the event and provide on-site instrument repair service for minor repairs. More details will be available at Band Check-In. Please join us in thanking them for being a part of the event.

  • Merchandise: AWB Merchandise will be selling t-shirts and merchandise at both Championship Sites. 

HOOVER SITE​

  • Upon Arrival (Bands): Once you arrive at the bus entrance (see attached map) you will be greeted by our parking team. They will be responsible for directing your buses and equipment trucks. Please visit the Registration Tent to get your packet that will include a schedule, maps, and arm bands for students, chaperones, and staff. Our parents will explain what the different color arm bands symbolize. We will also have a student guide that will assist you in getting to warm-up, to the performance field, and back to your buses/trucks.

  • Hospitality: There will be a hospitality area for Director's only. It will be located in the main press box and will simply be a place for you to go to get away and sit indoors. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.

  • Press Box: Directors, Staff Members, or Parents are NOT allowed in the Press Box area.

  • Stadium Seating: There is no designated seating areas for specific bands. However, we ask that you sit in the lower sections closer to the field and/or outside the 40 yard line and reserve the upper portions for paying guests.

  • Instrument Repair: Art's Music and Gadsden Music will serve as the official music stores for the event and provide on-site instrument repair service for minor repairs. More details will be available at Band Check-In. Please join us in thanking them for being a part of the event.

SPECTATOR INFO

PELHAM SITE​

  • Ticket Prices: Ticket prices are $10. Children 5 and under are free. 

  • Parking: There is no cost for parking. 

  • Concessions: We will have traditional concessions throughout the day including Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Fingers, Chick-fil-a, Domino's Pizza, Drinks, Candy, Popcorn, etc. Please note that our concession stand ONLY takes CASH at this time. 

  • Upon Arrival (Spectators): Once your parents/supporters arrive (see attached map) at the main entrance of the school they will be greeted by our parking team who will park them in the appropriate lot. Handicap parking will be at the stadium, but everyone else will be parked in specific locations by our team. The parking team is a professional company that is familiar with our campus, so please encourage your parents to follow their instructions.
